Service Description

Services may be covered by insurance through my affiliation with The Lactation Network. ​ Check for Lactation Network coverage regardless of your plan by visiting: https://go.lactationnetwork.com/MichelleChirbyIBCLC Clients will hear back if their plan is pre-approved within 24 hours. Approved plans receive 6 or more fully covered visits (including prenatal appointments). ​ If you do not have coverage by one of the above plans, please refer to the below PRIVATE PAY FEE STRUCTURE: Initial Lactation Consultation*: $200 A first time visit for new clients. Follow-Up Lactation Consultation*: $150 For clients who already had an initial consultation and require additional in-person support. ​ *Visits regarding twins or multiples are charged at 1.5x the rates listed above Prenatal Consultation: $150 For all parents (whether first time or repeat!) preparing to get their feeding journey off to the right start. ​ Virtual Consultation: $25 per 30 minutes For clients who have a concern that does not require in-person care.
